Mariah's Ham n' Relish Quiche Recipe
This is an easy, make ahead breakfast that reheats well!
- 1 pie crust (homemade, store bought, or crush up crackers)
- 3/4 cup milk or cream
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons Mariah's Relish of your choice
- 1 cup cooked chopped ham
- 1 cup shredded cheese of your choice
Heat oven to 375°F. Place pie crust in 9-inch glass pie plate as directed by instructions.
In medium bowl, beat the eggs, then mix in milk, salt, pepper, relish.
Add ham to the pie crust, sprinkle with most of the cheese - save a little garnish on top.
Pour egg mixture into pie crust.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake 35 -40 minutes or until center is set and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let stand 5 - 10 minutes; cut into wedges to serve!
